- Oversized Items: Fire tables, large outdoor furniture, and similar oversized products ship via LTL freight with curbside delivery. Freight deliveries may require a scheduled delivery appointment and adult signature. Delivery timeframes for freight items may extend beyond the standard 5–11 business day estimate. A shipping specialist will contact you with estimated delivery details once your order ships.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment's progress using the link in the email or on the Track Your Order page.
Lost or Damaged Items
