At Elysian Outdoor Spaces, every product is backed by its manufacturer's warranty. We want you to enjoy your purchase with complete peace of mind — and to know exactly what's covered and how to make a claim if anything goes wrong.

Specific coverage varies by manufacturer. The most common terms are listed below; for any product not detailed here, contact us at info@elysianoutdoorspaces.com and we'll send the manufacturer's warranty document for that specific piece.

Lloyd Flanders Outdoor Furniture & Fire Tables

The Lloyd Flanders manufacturer warranty covers the original purchaser under normal residential use:

  • Frames and finishes: 3 years
  • Fabric and cushions: 1 year
  • Coverage: Defects in workmanship or materials under normal residential use
  • Original owner only — non-transferable
  • Freight covered: Lloyd Flanders pays freight to and from the factory for warranty repairs and replacements

Yard Beast, Sportsplay, and Other Manufacturers

Each manufacturer represented in our catalog provides their own warranty terms. For specific coverage on a Yard Beast wood chipper, a Sportsplay playground unit, or any other product not detailed on this page, contact us with the product name and we'll send the manufacturer's warranty document directly.

Heirloom Textiles & Fireside Comforts

Throws, blankets, pillows, and small fireside accessories are covered for defects in materials or workmanship at time of delivery. Reach out within 30 days of receipt if you find any issue and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund per our refund policy.

General Warranty Terms

  1. Warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase.
  2. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
  3. Coverage is for defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
  4. Damage from misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or modifications is not covered.
  5. Consumable parts (batteries, bulbs, decorative items) are not included unless specifically stated.
  6. For warranty claims, shipping costs may apply unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. Several manufacturers — including Lloyd Flanders — cover freight to and from the factory.
